In 2010, husband and wife Vaughan and Cushla Majendie took over ownership of Colorit Glass Splashbacks after their own kitchen renovation research led them to glass splashbacks as the best option for protection from the general wear and tear kitchens experience and for the ease of cleaning.

When it came to researching replacement windows for old aluminium ones a few years later, the same thing happened - the couple couldn't find quite the right quality product with a choice of colours. After a lot of investigating, they found the Deceuninck profile system and decided to bring these top quality Belgium uPVC windows and doors to more homes in the Wellington region, founding Colorit uPVC Windows and Doors in 2022. Deceuninck is one of the top three manufacturers of uPVC windows and doors across more than 90 worldwide markets and have been doing uPVC since 1937.

Your uPVC doors and windows are made to measure before installation

When you are ready to order your windows and doors, you can send us your measurements or have your builder send us the plans. Alternatively, we can come to your site and measure up for you.

After we have the measurements, our double-glazed window and door manufacturers will create each unit. Once the units are made, we can take responsibility for installing them, or you can arrange for your builder to do it.
